Virtual Private Clinics

With the Coronavirus Pandemic limiting face to face consultations. Dr Clayton has created a virtual platform. This is working extremely well. Dr Tim has vast experience of dermatology and will be able to send prescriptions to you after clinic via email or post.  If you have a skin lesion such as a mole or a new lump then these are usually best seen in a face to face clinic.

Mandy will set up the clinic and then send you link via email to the appointment.

Your video consultation will be completely confidential and will not be recorded by either Dr Clayton or by the video conferencing platform. No personal details will be stored on the platform and you don’t need to create an account to access the appointment, simply click on the link.

Dr Clayton will be in a private room and please ensure that you have a suitable place to join your appointment where you can talk confidentially to your consultant.

It is recommended that you use chrome as your browser. You can use a smart phone or tablet but a computer or laptop would provide the best resolution.

Dr Clayton is BUPA fee assured and is registered with all private healthcare insurance companies including BUPA, Alliance, Aviva and Simply Health. Insurance companies can authorise virtual consultations. Dr Clayton adheres to the code of practice and fee structures for each insurer.

Tim aims to provide a straight forward and honest opinion about his patient’s skin concerns, whether they are medical or cosmetic in nature.
